DEMO Download

DEMO Suite is a package of standalone programs for multi-domain protein structures assembly. The user manuals are at README.txt. Please report bugs and questions at Zhang Lab Service System Discussion Board. The DEMO Suite is free for academic and non-profit researchers.

DEMO library download:

• multidomain_protein_CA.tar.gz (~215MB): Multi-domain protein structure library (for DEMO, analogous template).
• uniclust30_2017_04_hhsuite.tar.gz (~24.9GB): Uniclust30 library (for DEMO, DeepMSA).
• uniref90.fasta.gz (~29.7GB): UniRef90 library (for DEMO, DeepMSA).
• metaclust_2017_05.fasta.gz (~60.4GB): Metaclust library (for DEMO, DeepMSA).
• nr.tar.gz (~4GB): NR database(for torsion angle prediction).

      Instructions on how to configure the libraries are available at README.txt.
