Training and independent test sets

• Training Set, compiled from SKEMPI 2.0, consists of 1470 mutations from 118 dimer structures.
• Test Set 1, compiled from SKEMPI 2.0, consists of 734 mutations from 59 dimer structures.
• Test Set 2, compiled from SKEMPI 2.0, consists of 888 mutations from 153 dimer structures split from 86 complexes having three or more chains.
• Test Set 3 (Target T55 of 26^th CAPRI), consists of 190 mutations from 2 dimer structures split from 1 complex with three or more chains.
• Test Set 4 (Target T56 of 26^th CAPRI), consists of 152 mutations from 2 dimer structures split from 1 complex with three or more chains.
  Notes: Test Sets 2-4 should be carefully used (please refer to the SSIPe paper).
