Re: I-TASSER suit stuck at the step of "running pairing"

I-TASSER will run on your CPU resources. Even so, this is an excessively long running time. If there was no error in the program, it might be best to check your server to make sure everything is running properly.

Re: Is occupancy value in the PDB considered for I-TASSER?

I-TASSER will consider the template structure without regard to the occupancy value. What I meant was if you don't want I-TASSER to consider a residue with an occupancy of 0, you may remove this residue from your template before uploading it.

Re: Is occupancy value in the PDB considered for I-TASSER?

Is this the occupancy of the inputs template structures? If so I-TASSER doesn't consider this, but any residues that you desire may be removed from the template structures before uploading them.

Typically, this step should not take long. However, it may for longer proteins (length > 500). Were there any error messages output by the program?

Re: Processing consultation

We are working on fixing the GPCR-I-TASSER server at the moment. In the meantime, if you need your results urgently, you may submit your sequence to I-TASSER, which can also effectively model GPCR structures.

Re: Delay in processing

Hello,

I will check on the status of your job. However, your provided ID should be SXXXXXX, so it looks like you are missing one digit. Do you have the full job ID or the email used for submission?
