Re: Processing time for GPCR-I-TASSER
Sorry. The GPCR-I-TASEER is not working due to the internal problem. You can try to use C-I-TASSER (https://zhanglab.dcmb.med.umich.edu/C-I-TASSER/) which also has a good performance on GPCR structure prediction.

Re: waiting for the results
It seems it finished on June 27. But there is a problem with the data transfer between our clusters. I have attached the predicted models and C-score. Please let me know if you need more results.

Re: Batch prediction 3D structure
You can download our standalone package to run it locally if you have many targets.

Re: Processing time
The job may failed due to out of the time limit in the cluster. I have contacted the administor to deal with the problem.

Re: More than 750 residues?
The I-TASSER server can predict proteins with up to 1500 residues. You can also try to use our recent developed pipeline https://zhanglab.dcmb.med.umich.edu/I-TASSER-MDA/ for multi-domain proteins.

Re: Can FDpred standalone version work with proteins whose length > 1,500 aa?
The job is still in processing. As you select to predict the protein function, the required time are doubled.

Re: Distance restraints for I-TASSER Problem
One possible reason is that the weight of your provided distance constraint is less than that of the I-TASSER potential, since you just provided one residue pair.

Could you edit the PDB file to remove them?
