Re: Delay in processing
Sorry! We have used up all of our NSF-funded computing resources. We will move it to another computing cluster as soon as possible.

Re: RESULTS MISSING
Sorry. It seems that the EDock job failed due to system problems last time, you can try to resubmit it.
The COACH job failed because we ran out of computing resources in the cluster. We will move it to another cluster as soon as possible.

I think you can try to use TACOS https://zhanglab.dcmb.med.umich.edu/TACOS/

Re: [3D structure require] The new protein no information of domain available
Could you send me your fasta file? I will try to modeling them using our new developed server for multi-domain protein structure prediction. The server is still under test.

Re: [3D structure require] The new protein no information of domain available
I'm sorry, I don't quite follow you.You mean you need to predict the structure of the two proteins with sequence length between 1600 and 1650?

Re: ModRefiner for protein dimer
I think you can split the monomer, and refine each monomer independently. Then merge them into one PDB file.
Or you can meger the monomer in the PDB file by rmoving "TER", and refine it use ModRefiner. Then you can modify the PDB file by adding "TER" at the end of each monomer.
