All I-TASSER final models were refined by our Fragment-Guided Molecular Dynamics (FG-MD) algorithm (https://zhanggroup.org/FG-MD/). You can further refine it by the conventional MD.

It's normal because the standalone package uses some different LOMETS threading methods due to the copyright.

Sorry! The job is still running now as we have thousands of jobs pending on the cluster now. You can try to use other improved I-TASSER versions, I-TASSER-MD (https://zhanggroup.org/I-TASSER-MD/) or C-I-TASSER (https://zhanggroup.org/C-I-TASSER/).

This is because some proteins are removed from the library as they have no function annotations (or they had function annotations before but were removed later). You can ignore the "error" since it will not affect the final result. However, you can download the completed Enzyme library to ...
