Can't access the i-TASSER results

I submitted a job on 26th April 2021 (Job ID S612497) but I didn't get any email with the key to access the results. Now, on the Queue page, I can see my job but I can't access it because I don't have a key. I didn't get any email with the results update either.
Can you please help me with how to access the results?
