Increase CPU usage for EM-Refiner standalone

Good afternoon,
I'm trying out the standalone EM Refiner on a workstation with 128 CPUs and 4 GPUs. I wondered if there was a way to optimize the run script to use more processing power?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
