I submitted a job to C-Quark last weekend, and I guess it is finished. I did not receive any email. Nor confirming the job, nor informing its completion. I guess it is finished because yesterday I tried to resubmit (since I didn't receive any confirmation) and the system replied that I had a job running. Today I tried again and the server accepted the new job. I still haven't received any email (my email provider is working fine, just checked it). How can I retrieve the results? My email is mauriciohmello@unb.br.

We found two jobs submitted by the email you mentioned, you can find those two at https://zhanggroup.org/C-QUARK/output/QB1515/ and https://zhanggroup.org/C-QUARK/output/QB1522/. Sometime we found some email domain block our email notification (the email administer may block our email domain), our email system seems run without any problem, you may want to check the spam box or change to another email, we current receive all email, and we found most time gmail works very well.
