I posted a query to the I-TASEER server yesterday but I didn't receive the output. Can I ask you if there is some temporary issue with the server? I read of seemingly similar issues in another post.

The server had a problem with the data transfer between two clusters, but we have fixed it now. Could you provide your job ID? We will check it for you. You can also use our other improved I-TASSER versions, I-TASSER-MD (https://zhanggroup.org/I-TASSER-MD/) or C-I-TASSER (https://zhanggroup.org/C-I-TASSER/).
