I submitted a job a few days ago and it is still running. How long does it typically take?
Also, is there a standalone version that I could run on my computer? I have EvoEF for more simple calculations but it would be nice to be able to run the entire pipeline for EvoDesign on my computer/ our lab server, which I presume would be faster.
