Template libraries for SPRING

The above SPRING package includes a script "download_lib.sh" that automatically download and configure the libraries. ~109 GB if decompressed.

• amino-library (~21Gb): HMM for UniProt20 and for PDB database, used by single-chain threading program in SPRING.
• pdb (~6.2Gb): PDB coordinate files.
• SPRING (~1Mb): PDB chain ID mapping.
